Dear Client; A number of Oregon professionals are considering investing in a cat ranch near Karmissillo, Mexico. It is our intention to start rather small, with about one million cats. Each cat averages about twelve kittens a year; and skins can be sold for about $1.24 for the white ones and up to $1.68 for the black. This will give us 12 million cat skins per year to sell at an average price of $1.46, making our gross income about $17,520,000 a year. This averages out to about $59,098 per day, excluding Sundays and holidays. A good Mexican cat man will skin about 50 cats per day at an average wage of $3.15 per day. It will only take 663 men to operate the ranch so the net profit will be over $57,000 per day. The cats will be fed on rats exclusively. Rats multiply four times as fast as cats. We would start a rat ranch adjacent to our cat farm. If we start with a million rats, we would have four rats per cat each day. The rats will be fed on the carcasses of the cats we skin. This will give each rat one quarter of a cat per day. With that, the business is a clean operation, self supporting and automatic throughout. Now get this...the cats will eat the rats and the rats will eat the cats and we will get the skins for nothing! Let me know if you are interested. As you can imagine, we are rather particular about who we want into this, and we want the fewest investors as possible. Eventually it is our hope to cross the cats with snakes, for they will skin themselves twice a year! This would save the labor cost of skinning, as well as giving us two skins for one cat.
