Math Problems
Little Johnny was having all kinds of problems with his math
grades
His parents saw that he wasn't really good in math and thought
that this
might be due to the public school system. So, they decided to put
him into
a Catholic school.
After Johnny's first day at school, he came home, walked into
his room, and
started studying until dinner time. After dinner, he went back
into his
room and started studying some more till bedtime.
This regimen went on all semester long. Then one day he walked
into the
kitchen after school threw his report card on the table and went
into his
room to study till dinner time.
Well the mother opened the report card with much delight as
she saw a big
Red "A" right next to Math. When her husband got home,
she showed the report
card to him and there was much rejoicing.
At dinner that night , the father congratulated Johnny on his
much improved
math grade. " Was it the personal attention, or the teaching
techniques
used by the catholic school system that helped your
grades?", the father asked.
"Neither", Johnny replied. "Then What was it
Johnny?", asked his mother.
Johnny said, " When I walked into class and saw that guy
nailed to the plus
sign, I knew they meant business!"
